• The CDC recommends scheduling a travel health visit 4 to 6 weeks before
departure, and no later than 2 weeks prior to travel. Some vaccines require a two-
dose series, with doses given 1 to 4 weeks apart.
• If you are traveling in less than two weeks, or even in the next few days, a pre-travel
visit can still help identify risks and reduce potential health issues during your trip.

Please note:
• We are a fee-for-service clinic and are not contracted with any insurance plans,
including Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is due at the time of your visit. This is
standard practice for community travel clinics.
• You will receive an itemized invoice with insurance billing codes, which you
may submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
