Tessa McFall, ASN, EMT

Born and raised in Ajo, Arizona, Tessa brings a robust background in healthcare and a passionate commitment to wellness in travel. After high school, Tessa joined the Army to explore new horizons and build a promising future. During her four years of service, she excelled as a Combat Medic Specialist (68W), where she quickly earned her EMT license and went on to complete an Associate Degree in Nursing, becoming the first person in her family to attend college. Her military career provided the opportunity to hone her clinical skills, including patient care, trauma triage, phlebotomy and administering vaccines.

Following her honorable discharge as a Sergeant, Tessa transitioned to civilian life, applying her acute medical skills to Covid-19 testing operations. Her journey in healthcare and her desire to blend her love for travel with medicine led her to become a vital member of the Travel Bug team. It’s her cheery voice that first welcomes patients to the clinic and she embodies our commitment to customer service. Our patients also appreciate her amazing technique and calming disposition when it comes time to get their shots.

She enjoys spending time with her family, her new niece and her dogs and aspires to continue her medical career in nursing.
